Course system requirements

The Science of Nutrition is tablet enabled. You can view the lessons on an iPad or an Android tablet, and on a PC or a Mac. The course page states that directly, and the same requirement is repeated here so it is easy to find.

What you need

• A current version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge.
• JavaScript enabled. The course player and the quiz depend on it.
• A stable internet connection. Lessons are not a file you download and keep offline.
• A screen large enough to read the lesson text. A tablet or a computer is the intended device. A phone browser may open the catalog pages, but the player was not built for a phone-sized window.

What you do not need

You do not install a special application, and you do not buy a separate textbook. There is no prerequisite course. Pop-up blocking should allow the quiz window. If a lesson stays blank, allow JavaScript for this site and reload once before you call.

If the player will not open

Call customer service at 888-221-1612 or 513-367-1251. Have course id W085 ready, and say which device and browser you are using. Access is tied to the subscription customer service sets up. This website no longer has a working member login, so a failed login form is not the way to fix access. Start with the phone numbers on the contact page.

The public pages of this catalog, including the nutrition guides, are ordinary web pages and do not need the course player.
